The vendor must design, configure, integrate, migrate data for, test, train staff on, and support a cloud-based ERP platform covering Planning & Zoning, Permitting & Licensing, Building Inspections, Code Enforcement, Project Tracking, Grant Monitoring, a Citizen Self-Service Portal, a 311 Resident Services Platform, Public Works Asset Management/Stormwater, Housing Programs, and Reporting/Analytics. The system must integrate with the City's Tyler Munis financial system, Esri ArcGIS, Stripe payment processing, Microsoft 365/Azure AD, Hinds County Assessor data, the Mississippi State Board of Contractors licensing database, Cityworks, and the E911 address system. Implementation is to be phased over approximately 18 months with all modules operational within 24 months, including data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), training of staff and administrators, go-live support, and ongoing maintenance and support for the contract term.
