The work includes mobilization, clearing and grubbing, removal of an existing bridge, borrow excavation, excess excavation, granular material, stabilizer aggregate, guard rail installation (W-beam, bridge end sections, terminal end sections), roadway construction surveying, right-of-way markers, maintenance of traffic, additional construction signs, reflectorized traffic warning signs and object markers, removal and relay of riprap, erosion control items (agricultural limestone, commercial fertilizer, seeding, vegetative materials for mulch, solid sodding, temporary silt fence, wattles, loose riprap, geotextile under riprap), bridge items (test pile, conventional static pile load test, 14-inch prestressed concrete piling, 18-inch pre-formed pile holes, precast concrete slab units, precast concrete barrier rail, precast concrete caps, precast concrete wings), and related work, all in accordance with the latest edition of the Mississippi Standard Specifications for State Aid Road and Bridge Construction.
