The Architect will perform design and engineering services through project closeout, including design and engineering, cost estimating, bid process management, project management, construction administration, compliance with historic preservation guidelines, and compliance with BABA/BAP and prevailing wage requirements. Legal will perform legal services from pre-development through project closeout, including establishing project structure, contract writing and negotiations related to tax credit programs, real estate and financial closing services, and program compliance and close-out. Accounting will perform financial services from pre-development through project closeout, including establishing project structure, tax structuring, real estate and financial closing services, pro forma and cash flow development, financial statement preparation, tax services, audits, and grant reporting, and program compliance and close-out. The Development Consultant will support all functions from pre-development through project closeout, including advising EDF on all aspects of the project, marketing the project to Community Development Entities for New Markets Tax Credits, assisting with Historic Tax Credit requirements, advising on deal and transaction structure, and ensuring compliance with all applicable grant and funding source requirements.
