The project scope consists of Nuclear Medicine Camera installations and related renovations at Memorial Hospital Gulfport and Memorial Hospital Biloxi, including demolition, renovation, finishes, coordination, and associated structural, plumbing, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, low-voltage, and related work as indicated in the drawings and as specified. The work will be performed while areas outside the defined project Limits of Work are occupied by Memorial Hospital, requiring strict conformance to Infection Control guidelines, temporary partitions, negative air pressure systems, construction noise abatement, and flexible hours. The project is divided into three prime contract bid packages: Package 1 (General Works including ICRA, General Conditions, Selective Demolition and Renovation, Fire Suppression), Package 2 (Mechanical & Plumbing including Med-gasses), and Package 3 (Electrical including Low Voltage, Fire Alarm).
