MDSO HQ Parking Lot Lighting

The scope of work consists of the furnishing and installation of all parking lot lighting at Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office (MDSO) Headquarter parking lot located at 9105 NW 25th St., Doral, FL 33172.

The bidder shall carefully examine the project site, verify all existing field conditions, take necessary measurements, and become fully informed as to the nature and extent of the work required. Submission of a bid constitutes acknowledgment that the Bidder has examined the site and accepts all observable conditions.
Work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, services, permits, related permitting expenses, inspections, and all other items necessary to complete the parking lot lighting. All work shall be done in accordance with the drawing and specifications.

The bid price shall include:
• All related permit fees and permitting expenses related therewith.
• Removal and lawful off-site disposal of all work-related debris.
• Daily housekeeping.
• Maintaining the work site in a minimum broom-clean condition at all times.

All work is to be performed in strict accordance with:
• The latest edition of the Florida Building Code (FBC).
• All applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Request for Information (RFI):
Any questions, request for information (RFI), or clarification requests regarding the materials, site conditions, conflicts, obstacles or any other project related matter must be submitted in writing to the assigned Construction Contracts Specialist and copy the Clerk of the Board at [email protected] prior to the RFI submittal deadline of July 31, 2026. RFI responses, if required, shall be issued via addenda after the RFI submittal deadline. Only written addenda shall be considered binding.

Contractor must refer to the Request for Price Quotation (RPQ) and associated project documents for the detail Scope of Work.
