PUMP STATION 536 STORM HARDENING IMPROVEMENTS

A The Project scope is as shown on the Drawings and Specifications:

1. Pump Station 0536, 8989 SW 117th Ave, Miami, FL 33186.

B. The Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to provide hardening and flood protection upgrades to Pump Station 0536. The hardening and flood protection upgrades include but are not limited to:

1. Pump Station 0536

a. Louvers: Replace all existing wall louvers above D.F.E. with aluminum louver model ELF6375DXD by RUSKIN.

b. Doors and Windows:

1. Remove existing single door and replace with N.O.A. approved flood doors.
2. Remove existing exterior double doors and replace N.O.A. approved flood doors.
3. Remove existing roll-up doors and replace with N.O.A. approved roll-up doors.

c. Outdoor Equipment: provide impact and wind protection to air condition chillers and roof equipment.

d. Electrical: Installation of electrical equipment and conduits to enable the necessary infrastructure for the operation of a future
stand-by generator.

e. Provide waterproofing to all exterior walls below the D.F.E P20443 01 11 00 - 3

2. Other work to shown on the Drawings and Specifications to provide a complete work including but not limited to demolition, removal, and
   refurbishment of existing features as shown on the Drawings and Specifications.

C. It is the intent of the Department to obtain a complete and working installation under this Project and any items of labor, equipment or materials which may reasonably be assumed as necessary to accomplish this end shall be supplied whether or not they are specifically shown on the Drawings or stated herein.
