The MAA is seeking Consultant assistance to perform comprehensive on-call airport environmental planning services on a task-order basis. Services include a variety of airport environmental planning, natural resource management, mitigation and permitting tasks in accordance with state and federal laws, guidelines, requirements, and standards. The required services will be performed predominately for BWI Thurgood Marshall and MTN airports, however, occasional tasks may be assigned to assist MAA in supporting non-State-owned airports in Maryland with environmental analyses.
