1.1 Bidder Minimum Qualifications
The Bidder must document in its Bid that it satisfies the following Minimum Qualifications:
A. The Bidder shall have minimum of two (2) years of experience in lawn maintenance care and must demonstrate they have been in the business providing similar grounds services for at least the last two (2) years.
B. The Bidder shall provide with its Bid "Attachment L Reference Checks" with three or more references filled out. The list shall include the number of acres mowed, trimmed and debris pickup, including the company's name and telephone numbers of a contact person for each. Note: Any negative responses received may result in disqualification of the bid.
