- The City of Los Angeles is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers to provide a vendor-hosted Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Powered Pre-Plan Check Assistant (“AIP PPC Assistant”).
In alignment with Executive Directive No. 19 (ED19), LADBS is soliciting proposals for an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Powered Pre-Plan Check Assistant (AIP PPC Assistant) to facilitate development services and enhance the overall customer experience. The tool will be used by customers to validate their plans prior to submission.
The AIP PPC Assistant will streamline the development review process by accelerating workflows and optimizing submission quality.
