Lockout/Blockout Safety Training Energy Control Procedure (ECP) Writer and LOBO User Training

Hello, Los Angeles County Public Works is seeking proposals for Lockout/Blockout User Safety and Lockout/Blockout ECP Writer Training. After reviewing the information contained in the attachment, please submit all items requested within the Request for Proposal (RFP) by email to pgrigorian@dpw.lacounty.gov or by fax to (626) 282-8312 no later than Monday, July 27th, 2026. All bid proposals must be on company letterhead. Late and/or incomplete proposals may not be accepted. Vendors must be a registered County Vendor. You can register at http://camisvr.co.la.ca.us/LACOBids/ IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are unable to participate in this solicitation, please submit a “No Bid” response to pgrigorian@dpw.lacounty.gov. Proposals will have examined in accordance with the goals and objectives outlined in this RFP and will be evaluated to determine if training curriculum, manuals, approach, experience, and qualifications demonstrate that the Proposer is likely to meet or exceed expectations. Vendors must clearly demonstrate compliance with the following requirements: - Bid Proposal and Quality/Depth of Training Content - Costs - Experience of Trainers - Company information to include length of time in business of training, employee education, and number of references specified in Section 9 - Responsiveness to each and every proposal requirement in this Bid Solicitation. Proposals failing to meet the minimum mandatory requirements or incomplete proposals may be non-responsive and could be disqualified. - Presentation (top candidates may be asked to provide a demonstration of the training)
