The successful vendor shall provide comprehensive marketing and advertising services surrounding brand and niche marketing campaigns to increase tourism visitation and spending in the Commonwealth. Services may include developing strategic campaigns, creative concepts and designs for print, digital, television, radio, video, out-of-home, and other media platforms; paid social media campaigns, multi-media production, research, media strategy, planning and placement. The vendor may also be required to develop cooperative advertising, provide pre-campaign and post-campaign reports/analytics, and provide redundant and secure off-site backup of all files produced for the Commonwealth.
