Vendor shall provide security and surveillance hardware, software, systems and services to include, but not limited to: Video Surveillance, Camera Hardware, Recording and Storage, Video Management Software, Physical Access Controls, Keycards, Fobs, Door Controllers, Door Locks, Intrusion Detection, Fencing Sensors, Outdoor Motion Detectors, Panic Buttons, Alarms, Installation Services, Configuration, Warranty/Support, Integration, Training, and Maintenance. Vendor shall maintain all manufacturer certifications throughout the contract term, notify COT within five business days of losing any manufacturer authorization, comply with all applicable Kentucky building codes, NEC, NFPA 70, NFPA 72, and life safety requirements, provide complete as-built documentation upon project completion, and provide all administrative passwords, encryption keys, and system credentials to the Commonwealth at project closeout. Vendor shall be an authorized distributor/reseller/partner of the proposed items, have at least three years of experience, and use certified technicians. Vendor shall provide support for existing systems manufacturers including Aiphone, Allegion, Avigilon, Hanwha, Hirsch, Honeywell, Velocity, and Verint.
