The Contractor shall furnish, deliver, fully assemble, integrate, test, and place into operational service one (1) complete Mobile Operations Command Unit meeting or exceeding all requirements in the Scope of Work. The unit shall be a tandem-axle gooseneck trailer approximately 32–35 feet long, with three dedicated workstations, a separate conference area with a slide-out, a minimum 8.0-kW diesel generator, two 15,000 BTU ducted air-conditioning units with heat-pump capability, a complete electrical system with 50-amp shore power, network infrastructure including hardwired LAN and wireless LAN, interior and exterior lighting, cabinets and countertops, awnings, and preparation for televisions and a smart board. The Contractor must also provide all necessary wiring, cabling, and components, and deliver the unit to the KYTC Division of Equipment Receiving Shop in Frankfort, KY no later than June 15, 2027.
