The Contractor shall provide drug testing services with ten-panel confirmation of positives using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (G.C.M.S.) for drugs including marijuana metabolites, cocaine metabolite, codeine/morphine, hydrocodone/hydromorphone, oxycodone/oxymorphone, 6-acetylmorphine, phencyclidine (PCP), amphetamine/methamphetamine, MDMA/MDA, and an anabolic steroid panel. The contractor must establish a comprehensive network of main testing sites within an hour of KSP Post locations, provide chain of custody documentation, verify donor identity by government-issued photo ID, and ensure all specimens are stored appropriately. The contractor must also provide a Medical Review Officer and a board-certified toxicologist, and transmit all results via email, landline, and website/online portal.
