The goal of this project is to re-cover the existing roof with a new 2-ply recover roof system. The new roof system is to be 2-ply SBS modified bitumen roofing applied with cold adhesive over new 1/2" gypsum cover board set in two-part foam adhesive. Wrinkles and other surface defects in the existing roof will be cut out prior to installation of the new roof system. All new prefinished metal gutters, downspouts, fascia, flashings, blocking, roof splashes, accessories, and terminations are included.
