The contractor must provide and install manually operated double roller shades (Sheerweave by Phifer Style SW7001 Room Darkening Fabric color S51 Birch blackout roller shades and Draper light filtering SW7850 ATF color Almond sheers) for 32 lodge room windows (36 windows total), and manually operated single roller shades (Sheerweave by Phifer Style SW7001 Room Darkening Fabric color S51 Birch blackout roller shade) for 32 lodge room doors (34 doors total). Lodge rooms 109 and 201 (ADA) require motorized shades. The work includes removal and disposal of existing hardware and draperies, field verification of measurements, and installation within ten weeks after award. The contractor must coordinate with the park manager to minimize guest inconvenience.
