Demolition Service Laurel Co Multiple Parcels

Work shall consist of the removal and the proper disposal of buildings, fences, septic tanks, driveways, paved areas, conduits, and other miscellaneous structures and encumbrances, which exist upon or within the right of way and/or easements areas on the designated parcels. The project includes 15 parcels (102, 104, 109, 113, 120, 132, 138, 150, 206, 228, 258, 300, 309, 324, 335) in London, KY. Specific items include stone entrance markers, plywood signs, brick signs, wooden business signs, chain link fencing, security gates, a 3,141 SF block commercial building, a 2,500 SF wood framed commercial building (priority parcel), radio tower, light poles, barbed wire fencing, and concrete bases. The contractor must also seed all disturbed areas, dispose of debris at a permitted facility, and comply with Kentucky 811 requirements.
