Logistical and Auction Services

The Kansas Department of Revenue (hereinafter KDOR) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to establish a pool of Contractors to perform Logistical and Auction services for KDOR. There are occasions that KDOR in the performance of its duties must lawfully seize the assets of individuals or businesses to satisfy the unresolved tax debts owed to the State of Kansas. In conjunction with that process, the Contractor(s) may be asked to provide logistical support both on-site at the seizure location and/or, i.e. inventorying, packaging, loading and transportation of seized assets to KDOR approved location.
