REBID - Floravon Shores Septic to Sewer

Construction of a new gravity sanitary sewer system to serve residential areas along 110TH Pl, 110th St and US Highway #1. The project generally includes approximately 893 LF of 8” sewer, 5 manholes, 418 LF of 8” HDPE sewer directional bore, 19 service laterals, and all related and necessary appurtenances.

**A Non-Disclosure agreement must first be fully executed, no less than 14 days prior to the due date for bids, in order for a PRIME CONTRACTOR to have access to the confidential plans. Only one email address per prime contractor will be granted access under the NDA. The NDA form may be found under "files" and "public files" here. It must be completed, signed, and evidence of the signor's authority attached, and emailed to procurement@indianriver.gov.
