The contractor will remove liquid waste and sludge from vault toilets, septic tanks, and dump stations at Yellowwood State Forest (772 Yellowwood Lake Road, Nashville, IN 47448) and Morgan-Monroe State Forest (6220 Forest Rd., Martinsville, IN 46151). The estimated annual volume is 50,000 gallons from vault toilets and 10,000 gallons from septic tanks and dump stations. The contract commences on October 15, 2026, or from the date of last State signature, whichever is later, and ends on October 14, 2027, or one year after the State's last signature, whichever is later. The contract may be renewed by mutual consent for up to four years total.
