The contractor must supply and deliver an entryway system including a landing, stair assembly, ramp assembly, and additional hardware to the office of Hovey Lake at 8401 Hwy 69 S, Mount Vernon, IN 47620. The system must include an ADA ramp up to a raised landing at the doors of the office along with a set of stairs on the other side of the landing. The total footprint of the system may not exceed 43'x12', the total rise up to the landing is 39", and the raised landing must be at least 5'x10' and not to exceed 6'x12'. The existing wooden stairs and ramps will be removed and disposed of by Hovey Lake FWA staff, and assembly of the purchased entryway system will be installed completely by Hovey Lake FWA staff. This purchase is only for the materials and drop shipping.
