This bid is not eligible for electronic bid through the Supplier Portal. To allow for sufficient processing time in compliance with Indiana State law, all quoted prices offered to the State under this Event must be valid for thirty (30) calendar days after the Response Due By date/time. Pricing must include all applicable charges, fees, and shipping.

The contractor will provide trash removal services at Mixsawbah State Fish Hatchery, 5500 South 675 East, Walkerton, IN 46574. Services include one 4-yard container picked up bi-weekly for two years, billed monthly in arrears. The contractor's fee remains fixed for the full term, but landfill or incinerator charges may be passed through with written verification. The contractor must indicate the landfill used and provide its address and phone number.
