C5770 – Parkwide On-Call Plumbing Services
Invitation to Submit Proposal:
The Hudson River Park Trust (the “Trust”) is pleased to invite you to submit a proposal in response to
this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for construction services for Parkwide On-Call Plumbing Services. The
scope of services includes miscellaneous on-call plumbing repairs and services, including regular repairs,
maintenance, emergency service calls, and inspection services, as more specifically described in the RFP.
Respondents are required to disclose any conflict of interest(s) that may preclude them from
participating in this solicitation, including participation in other Project contracts.
Documents will be available on July 1, 2026. Interested firms may request the RFP by sending a
completed RFP Request Form, attached hereto, to the RFP Email below.
The Trust is an equal opportunity contracting agency. Any resulting contracts will include provisions
mandating compliance with Executive Law Article 15A, Veterans Service Law Article 3 and the regulations
promulgated there under.
