The awarded contractor shall remove and dispose of all roofing and insulation materials and replace with new insulation and 60 mil white TPO. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision. Specific tasks include: remove and dispose of old roofing and insulation; prepare deck for new insulation board/dens deck/roofing; install insulation board to R-30; install Dens Deck; install crickets to divert water; install white 60 mil TPO; install TPO perimeter enhancement sheets; install walkways to AC units; fully adhere all vertical TPO; heat weld all TPO seams; terminate TPO with drip edge; reseal all roof penetrations; install new pipe boots; replace all metal coping and drip edge metal; reattach lightning protection; include a 20-year manufacturer's warranty and a 5-year workmanship warranty. The Hall County Jail is a secure facility; all workers, tools, equipment, and materials will be subject to enhanced security measures including a K-9 Unit.
