The City of Calhoun is requesting Statement of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) organizations for upgrades at their 12.8 MGD Brittany Drive WTP (Contract A) and 18 MGD Mauldin Road WTP (Contract B). Integration of micro/ultrafiltration pretreatment and reverse osmosis membranes at the existing facilities will enable the City to comply with PFAS/MCL regulations as mandated by EPA. General Notice
The City of Calhoun (Owner) will be requesting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from
Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) organizations (Proposers) for the construction of the following
Projects, and for related pre-construction and procurement CMAR services:
BRITTANY DRIVE WTP IMPROVEMENTS – CONTRACT A
C&S Project No.: C1075.004
&
MAULDIN ROAD WTP IMPROVEMENTS – CONTRACT B
C&S Project No.: C1075.005
Owner will receive Statements of Qualifications and cost proposals demonstrating the Proposer’s
qualifications and ability to provide CMAR services and construct one or both projects at Calhoun Utilities,
700 West Line St., Calhoun, GA 30701, until Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time. After that
time, Owner will no longer accept Statements of Qualifications and Cost Proposals. See Requests for
Qualifications and Requests for Proposals for details on preparing and submitting the Statement of
Qualifications and Cost Proposals.
The CMAR Contract will include the following services and Work for Contract A:
• Construction of a new 12.8 MGD (hydraulically designed for an ultimate capacity of 18 MGD)
reverse osmosis (RO) treatment facility for PFAS reduction, including:

o Clean In Pl
