ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Atlanta Independent School System (known as Atlanta Public Schools, or APS) is seeking
a design-build contractor (referred to as the “Contractor”) for demolition and related work at
West Atlanta School, The Brewer Center, Pryor Street Lot, Peterson Elementary School, and
Anderson Park Elementary School and associated site improvements and leave each site in a
stable, graded, vacant lot condition suitable for future development.
