Sealed bids for the REHABILITATE RUNWAY 14/32 project will be received by the City of Vidalia at City Hall, 302 East 1st
Street, Vidalia, GA 30475 until August 06, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. EDT and at that hour opened and publicly read aloud for
the improvements to the Airport as listed herein. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually via
Microsoft Teams using the information below:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Project consists of concrete pavement rehabilitation of Runway 14/32. Rehabilitation includes repairing failed panels
through full depth replacement, spall and crack repair, and remarking the runway in its entirety. Taxiway B will also be
remarked as a part of this project as shown on the construction plans.
A complete set of Bid Documents, consisting of the Notice To Bidders, General Provisions, Special Provisions, Technical
Specifications, Bid Forms, Agreement Forms, and Contract Drawings, will be available on Monday, July 13, 2026; and may
be obtained via the Passero Associates website, www.passero.com, under the “BIDS” tab.
Each BID shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked and addressed as required below; and shall be accompanied by the
Bid Security and other required documents. If the BID is sent through the mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope
shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the notation "BID ENCLOSED for (Project Name)" on the face thereof. Submit
