No submittal will be accepted by email. All submittals must be received during our normal office
hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No bids may be withdrawn for a period
of ninety (90) days after bids have been opened.
The contract covers the provision of HDPE plastic pipe in sizes from 8 inches to 36 inches (single and double walled), including couplings, flared end sections, wyes, tees, bends (90°, 45°, 22.5°, 11.25°), plastic headwall-inlets, cross tee couplings, and ells (45° and 90°) for both single and double walled pipe. Items will be ordered on an as-needed basis, with delivery required within 60 days of receipt of purchase. The term is one year with four renewal options, and prices must remain firm unless a price escalation request is approved.
