Description

Augusta, GA (the "City") is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive Annual Mental Wellness Program. This initiative is a clinician-led, preventative model aimed at psychological stabilization and resilience for first responders.

The City recognizes that public safety personnel are exposed to high-frequency trauma. This program is designed to identify stress injuries early, similar to a physical "preventative maintenance" schedule, to reduce long-term disability, burnout, and crisis-level events.
