SUBJECT: SERVING LINE for WESTSIDE HIGH SCHOOL RFQ #26-212
You are invited to submit sealed bids on a SERVING LINE as described in the following
specifications. Items will be F.O.B. AUGUSTA, GA 30906. Transport and delivery of product must
be on a dealer’s truck or manufacturer’s truck with a deal representative present.
Item marked to the attention of Principal, and marked for and delivered to, W e s t
S i d e H i g h School Kitchen, 1002 Patriots Way; Augusta, GA 30907. All
freight and delivery charges MUST be included in the unit cost.
We will have a pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 @ 2:00 p.m. Location will be
Westside High School Cafeteria; 1002 Patriots Way; Augusta, GA 30907.
The successful vendor will be required to furnish and deliver two custom hot food counters (Delfield Model No. 000-40014IRU1 or approved equal), two custom refrigerated cold pan serving counters (Delfield Model No. 000-40014IRU2 or approved equal), and two custom cashier's counters (Delfield Model No. 000-40014IRU3 or approved equal) to Westside High School Kitchen, 1002 Patriots Way, Augusta, GA 30907. The vendor must unload, assemble, place in room as directed, adjust, level, and clean equipment. The vendor must also remove existing serving lines and dispose of all debris prior to installing the new material. Transport and delivery must be on a dealer's or manufacturer's truck with a dealer representative present. All freight and delivery charges must be included in the unit cost. The vendor must make all final electrical connections and plumb to drains. Delivery and set up must be completed within 60 days of award.
