SUBJECT: AUTOMATED EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATOR RFQ #26-210
You are invited to submit sealed Quotes to contract with the County Board of Education of Richmond
County, Georgia, (herein after referred to as “Richmond County School System”, “RCSS” or “Owner”)
to provide automated external defibrillators.
Items will be F.O.B., Augusta, Georgia, marked for and delivered to RCBOE, STUDENT SERVICES Department,
864 Broad Street, Augusta, Georgia 30901. Anticipated award date is September 22, 2026. Order will be
placed the next day and RCSS expects delivery within 30 days the purchase order being received by the
successful bidder.
If you are unable to meet these criteria, please do not submit a quote for this contract. Also note
further requirements under the following standard terms and conditions:
STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(1) TIME AND PLACE: Quotes will be received by the Richmond County School System until
3:00 p.m. EST, on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 864 Broad Street, Augusta, Georgia
30901.
The successful bidder will supply a minimum of 89 new Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), specifically the Zoll AED 3 Semi Auto or an approved equivalent, including CPR Uni-Padz, Lithium Battery, 8-year Warranty, Operator's Manual, Quick Start Guide, Setup Video & Online Training, and Lifetime Maintenance Notification. The bidder must also provide an online inventory system for monthly inspections and annual refresher training, warranty registration for all AED equipment, and registration of all AED locations with local emergency response agencies. Delivery is F.O.B. Augusta, Georgia, to the RCBOE Student Services Department, and must occur within 30 days of receipt of the purchase order.
