GENERAL SCOPE
It is the intent of the Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) to establish an
annual contract with a qualified Primary and Secondary contractor to provide all labor,
equipment and materials for the provision of on-call Painting, Pressure Washing, and
Waterproofing Services for buildings and structures for Columbus Consolidated
Government. on an as-needed basis
The contract term will be for two (2) years with the option to renew for three (3)
additional twelve-month periods.

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials for on-call Painting, Pressure Washing, and Waterproofing Services for buildings and structures for Columbus Consolidated Government on an as-needed basis. Services include surface preparation (cleaning, patching, sanding, priming), painting of walls/ceilings/doors/trim/cabinetry, caulking of windows/doors/joints, drywall patching and repair before painting, specialty coatings (dry-erase, anti-microbial, low-VOC), pressure washing and surface preparation, painting of building exteriors/doors/trim/metal railings/structural components, weather-resistant and UV-protective coatings, graffiti removal and repainting, on-call availability for urgent repairs or rapid-response jobs, support for facility readiness, scheduled or as-needed repainting of common areas, refreshing of faded or peeling surfaces, anti-slip floor paint, rust-inhibiting coatings for metal surfaces, and waterproofing applications.
