Qualified vendors are invited to submit sealed bids, subject to conditions and
instructions as specified for the furnishing of:
PLUMBING & IRRIGATION SUPPLIES
(ANNUAL CONTRACT)
GENERAL
SCOPE
Provide plumbing & irrigation supplies on an “as needed basis” to be picked up or
delivered to Columbus Consolidated Government. The contract term will be for two
(2) years with the option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month periods.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
e-Notification
The City uses the Georgia Procurement Registry e-
notification system.
The selected vendor(s) will provide a wide range of plumbing and irrigation supplies, including items such as flapper tank balls, gate valves, ball valves, faucets, closet combinations, water risers, PVC fittings, irrigation sprinklers and valves, and various repair parts. The vendor must maintain a business in Muscogee County, Georgia, keep 80% of listed plumbing supplies in stock, and provide for pickup or delivery of goods. The contract is for an initial two-year term with options to renew.
