General Notice
Lincoln County, Georgia (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Lincoln County Box Culvert Repairs

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Lincoln County Court House located at
210 Humphrey Street, Lincolnton, GA 30817, until Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 2 pm local time. At
that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
The proposed Lincoln County Box Culvert Repairs project includes the construction of new
concrete wing walls at two existing box culvert locations. One location is along Metasville
Road at the Soap Creek stream crossing. The other culvert is located near the backwaters of
Clarks Hill Lake along Iveytown Road. Both culvert locations are considered stream crossings.

Prospective Bidders are required to register as a plan holder and obtain electronic copies of bid
documents through Cranston LLC. Cranston LLC will issue addendum, lists of registered plan holders,
reports, and other information relevant to the submitting of the Bid for the project. Neither owner nor
Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any,
obtained from sources other than Cranston LLC.
Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 2pm at Lincoln
County Community Development Office, 107 Perryman Avenue, Lincolnton, GA 30817. Attendance at
the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
