Henry County is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to provide consultant services for Design Services for P.I. # 0021214 State Route 42 (from Bill Gardner Parkway to SR 155). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid.
RFQs will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Late RFQs will not be considered nor returned. RFQs submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. Electronic RFQs are to be submitted through the County's eProcurement Portal at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga). Emailed or faxed RFQs will not be considered.
RFQs may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all RFQs and to waive any technicalities.

I. General Project Information
A. Overview
Henry County is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide
consultant services for Design Services for P.I. # 0021214 State Route 42 (from Bill Gardner Parkway to SR 155).
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify potential providers for the Scope of Services for the
project/contract listed in Exhibit I. Firms that respond to this RFQ, and are determined by Henry County to be
sufficiently qualified, may be deemed eligible, and invited to offer a technical approach and/or possibly present
and/or interview for these services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this
document, and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFQ and follow instructions carefully. GDOT reserves
the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications or Technical Approach, and to waive technicalities and
informalities at the discretion of Henry County.
B. IMPORTANT- A RESTRICTION OF COMMUNICATION IS IN EFFECT FOR THIS PROJECT.
