The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate the existing structural condition of the building, identify areas of deterioration or structural concern, determine immediate and long-term stabilization needs, and provide recommendations for preservation, rehabilitation, and future use of the structure in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
