All demolition debris must be removed and disposed of properly in an appropriate landfill or recycled in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act of 1990 and the Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management Chapter 391-3-4. 6. The City of Lawrenceville is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Demolition of 225
Langley Drive located at 225 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. Sealed bids will be received by the
Lawrenceville Finance Department, 70 S. Clayton Street, Main Level, Room M46A, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046 until
2:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, July 30, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after 2:00
P.M. will not be accepted. Bid envelope should be marked on the outside with Bid Number, name of Bidder, date, and
time of opening.
The work to be performed by the Contractor consists of but is not limited to the following major items:
