The purpose of this invitation is to solicit written proposals from qualified contractors for yard waste
grinding services for The City of Richmond Hill. Sealed proposals will be received at City Hall located at
40 Richard R. Davis Drive, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324 for hand or express delivery; for standard
mailed documents send to P.O. Box 250, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324 by 11:00 AM, September 11th,
2026.The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities.
Instructions for preparation and submission of a proposal are contained in this Request for Proposal
package. Please note that specific forms for submission of a proposal are required. Proposals must be
typed or printed in ink.
Any questions pertaining to this request for proposal must be made in writing and received no later than
11:00 AM, August 21st, 2026. No responses will be given to questions received after that time. Questions

Any changes to the conditions and specifications must be in the form of a written addendum to be valid;
therefore, the City will issue a written addendum to document approved changes.
