The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia ("the Owner') seeks bids from interested qualified vendors to complete facility upgrades to designated restrooms at North Glynn Recreation Complex, located at 622 Harry Driggers Blvd., Brunswick, GA. The restrooms primarily serve participants and spectators in County athletic leagues and non-County athletic tournaments. The project includes renovation of men's and ladies' restrooms at the baseball complex, softball complex, and football/soccer complex.
Glynn County has partnered with OpenGov and is excited to announce our transition from a
paper-based bid solicitation process to a fully automated, web-based electronic bidding and
vendor management system. Our new e-Procurement Portal will allow interested parties to
do the following:
o Register to bid and receive notifications of future opportunities in the e-Procurement
Portal by selecting Subscribe to create an account.
o Follow updates to existing solicitations by finding the solicitation and clicking the
Follow button. This will allow all interested parties to receive amendments and
addenda automatically.
o Submit questions and receive answers for open solicitations.
o Guide vendors through the process of responding electronically to RFPs, bids, etc.
to ensure submissions have been accurately completed.
o Ultimately, be your one location for all bid opportunities issued by Glynn County.

The selected vendor will be responsible for materials, supplies, equipment, and labor to complete facility upgrades of three men's and three ladies' restroom facilities at North Glynn Recreation Complex. Work includes demolition of flooring, countertops, partitions, lights, mirrors, toilets (excluding men's urinals), sinks, valves, and other items; repairing drywall; painting walls, trim, and ceilings; installing Polyaspartic Industrial Floor coating; installing new LED light fixtures with occupancy sensors, smoke detectors, GFI outlets, and exhaust fans; removing and replacing entry doors with new closers and ADA-compliant hardware; installing new commercial grade assisted flush Kohler toilets with Sloan Sensor valves; replacing countertops with granite and undermount sinks with ADA-compliant auto-shut-off faucets; replacing knee space panels; replacing partitions and doors with solid plastic panels; installing hand dryers, soap dispensers, toilet paper dispensers, ADA-compliant grab bars, changing stations, and mirrors. All demo'd items must be disposed of, floor drains snaked, and facilities left clean and ready for use.
