PURPOSE
The City of Waycross is requesting quotes for the purchase of night vision and thermal
imaging equipment for law enforcement operations. The equipment offered shall be new,
unused, current production models and shall meet or exceed the following minimum
specifications. Brand names are referenced to establish the minimum level of quality and
performance. Equivalent products meeting or exceeding these specifications will be
considered. This bid shall be awarded to the responsive and responsible vendor offering
the best value to the City while meeting all required specifications.
INSTRUCTIONS TO VENDORS

  1. Vendors shall submit a complete quote including all requested pricing, delivery
    timelines, warranty information, and specifications.
  2. Quotes must include shipping, handling, and any additional fees.
  3. Alternate equivalent products may be submitted for consideration; however, all
    deviations from specifications must be clearly identified.
  4. The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, waive informalities, and accept
    the quote deemed in the best interest of the City.
  5. All equipment shall be new, unused, and current production models.
  6. Vendor shall provide manufacturer warranty information with submission.
  7. Pricing shall remain firm for a minimum of ninety (90) days.
    REFERENCES
    Vendor shall provide at least three (3) references for similar public safety or law
    enforcement equipment purchases.
