Proposals are due:
October 2, 2026, no later than 2:00 PM EST
Firms offering responses to this RFP (“Offeror(s)”) shall submit proposals (“Proposal(s)”) electronically
through the City of Sandy Springs (“City”) Bonfire procurement portal no later than October 2, 2026,
2:00 PM EST. Bonfire will electronically secure submitted Proposals until the applicable submission
deadline. The City will only accept online submissions for this RFP through the Bonfire Portal at
https://sandysprings.bonfirehub.com/projects/247522/details. Any Proposal submitted by e-mail,
paper, fax, mail, or through any method other than the designated Bonfire opportunity will not be
accepted or considered.
