Construction of approximately 0.47 miles of multi-use trail improvements, including an on-street cycle track and concrete multi-use paths along Highland Drive and Adina Drive. The project also includes drainage improvements, utility relocations, striping, signage, and other associated infrastructure.

Pursuant to Section 2-1188(l) and other relevant sections of the Procurement and Real Estate Code of the City of
Atlanta Code of Ordinances ("City Code"), the City of Atlanta ("City") issues this Multi-Step Sealed Competitive Bid
seeking qualified and experienced Offerors (as defined below) to construct trail connections linking the Peachtree Park
neighborhood to PATH400 and improving the Adina Drive trail on behalf of the Department of Transportation (the
"Project").
