Forsyth County uses a procurement portal powered by EUNA Procurement formerly Bonfire Interactive ("EUNA') for digitally accepting and evaluating bids, statements of qualification, and proposals. Bids shall only be accepted online through EUNA.

Bids are due by 2:00 P.M. (EST) on September 17, 2026
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:30 P.M. (EST) on September 17 at Forsyth County Administration Building, Liberty Training Room, Suite 1010, 2435 Freedom Parkway, Cumming, GA 30041 and via Microsoft Teams (visit the Forsyth County Procurement Department webpage for information). The bid award will be announced later, pending evaluations of all bids submitted.
All bids must remain valid for a minimum of 120 calendar days after the actual date of the opening.
Forsyth County reserves the right: to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, to make an award deemed in its best interest, and split the bid or awarded in its entirety.
