The City of Euharlee, Georgia, hereby invites sealed Bids for construction of OSBORNE PARK RE-
DEVELOPMENT - PHASE 3 IMPROVEMENTS, Project No. A26001, located at Osborne Park, 111 Covered
Bridge Road, Euharlee, Georgia.
Separate sealed Bids for furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary
for the completion of the construction of Osborne Park Re-Development – Phase 3 Improvements will be
received at City of Euharlee City Hall, 30 Burges Mill Road, Euharlee, Georgia 30145, Attention: Carolyn T.
Banks, City Clerk, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, August 6th, 2026, and then publicly opened and
read aloud.
Each sealed envelope containing a Bid shall be plainly marked on the outside: “Bid for OSBORNE PARK
RE-DEVELOPMENT – PHASE 3 IMPROVEMENTS.” Bids received after the stated time will not be
considered, and no Bidder may withdraw a Bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening.
