1600 Battle Creek Road, Morrow, GA 30260 Elevated Storage Tanks Removal ADDENDUM #1 DATE July 15, 2026 BID NUMBER 2026-PME-06 BID OPENING DATE July 24, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. ADDENDUM MUST BE SIGNED AND INCLUDED IN YOUR RESPONSE TO THE RFP. RFP 2026-PME-06 is hereby modified as follows. The following revisions of the referenced portions of the solicitation documents for the above-named project replace or supplement the previously issued document. 1. Exhibit A – Third-Party License, Easement, and Access Requirements, has been added to this Addendum and is hereby incorporated into the solicitation documents. 2. Exhibit B – Clarifications has been added to provide additional information and clarification regarding specific solicitation requirements and is attached hereto. 3. CCWA has received questions pertaining to this RFP. The questions and corresponding responses are attached hereto. 4. The solicitation documents have been revised to reflect the updated hours of work for the Grant Road Elevated Storage Tank. Additionally, the active demolition schedule for the Barnett Road Elevated Storage Tank has been clarified. Revised solicitation documents are attached hereto. 5.
