The Butts County School System is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide, deliver, assemble, and install office furniture for the System's new Board of Education Office. The selected Contractor shall provide all furniture, materials, equipment, labor, delivery, assembly, installation, and related services necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specifications and scope of work contained within this RFP. The System's intent is to furnish the new facility with durable, functional, and professional office furniture that meets the operational needs of the Board of Education and its staff.
All furniture will be delivered, properly assembled, installed, and placed in the locations designated by the System.
The successful Contractor shall furnish, deliver, assemble, install, and place commercial-grade office furniture for the new Butts County Board of Education office, including executive and administrative office furniture, desks, workstations, conference tables and chairs, reception-area furniture, storage and filing units, shelving, and other furnishings. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, delivery, materials, and supplies necessary for a complete turnkey installation, including unloading, inside delivery, assembly, installation, final placement, leveling, adjustment, removal of packaging and debris, and correction of damaged or defective items. The work must be coordinated with the System and the building construction schedule, and all furniture shall be new and commercial grade.
