Murray County Schools is requesting proposals for the purchase of 475 ASUS Chromebook
Plus CX34 Chromebooks. All pricing must include the Chromebook, Google Chrome
Education Upgrade license, shipping, and lift-gate delivery.

Google Licensing
Each Chromebook must include a Google Chrome Education Upgrade license.
The license must be included in the quoted price for each of the 475 devices and be eligible for
use within Murray County Schools' existing Google Workspace for Education environment.
Delivery Requirements
Pricing must include all shipping, freight, and lift-gate delivery charges.
Delivery must be made using a lift-gate equipped delivery vehicle, with all equipment
unloaded at the designated Murray County Schools delivery location.
No additional freight, lift-gate, or delivery charges will be accepted after the bid is awarded.
