Sealed Bids for the construction of the indicated project will be received by the Cherokee
County Water & Sewerage Authority, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened
and read at that time and location. Bids received after the designated time will not be
considered. Unsealed Bids, including facsimile Bids or Bids sent by e-mail, will not be
considered. The Engineer for the project is Hazen and Sawyer.
Bid opening time is subject to extension pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 36-91-20(d).
