REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR REAL ESTATE SERVICES RFQ No. DRLBA-07232026-01

The DeKalb Regional Land Bank Authority (DRLBA) invites proposals from qualified real estate agents to be considered for inclusion in the Qualified Agent Pool to provide real estate services including acquisition, marketing, and sales. The primary focus of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify agents capable of providing professional real estate services to DRLBA. Once qualified, agents will remain in the Qualified Agent Pool for a period of three (3) years.
Through the execution of its programmatic initiatives, DRLBA periodically acquires, markets, and sells properties including vacant land, single-family properties, multi-family properties, commercial properties, and industrial properties. These activities may involve individual transactions or portfolio-based transactions involving multiple properties (greater than 50). The property status may include listed, REO, investor-owned, foreclosed, abandoned, bank-owned, short sale, for sale by owner, tax delinquent, MLS listings, commercial, industrial, and multi-family. All DRLBA properties may include improved properties containing structures or vacant land.

Listed below are the key actions, along with their corresponding dates and times, that must be taken
or completed. If the DRLBA finds it necessary to change any of these dates, it will be done by
