The Northwest Florida Water Management District (District), 81 Water Management Drive, Havana, Florida 32333, is soliciting bids for “Well Construction and Aquifer Testing in Bay County, Florida” to include the construction and testing of one (1) Floridan aquifer monitoring well, one (1) intermediate aquifer monitoring well, and one (1) surficial aquifer monitoring well.
